Megacert is a business platform that enables authorized users to manage and publish content to their own TikTok Business accounts through official TikTok APIs, including the Content Posting API.

Megacert does not operate or manage third-party TikTok accounts and only acts upon explicit user authorization.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Be the owner or authorized administrator of the TikTok account you connect

• Comply with TikTok’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines

3. User Authorization

To use certain features, users may be required to authenticate via TikTok OAuth. By doing so, users explicitly grant Megacert permission to perform actions (such as uploading or publishing content) only on their own TikTok account.

Users may revoke access at any time through TikTok account settings.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

• All content you upload or publish is lawful and complies with TikTok policies

• You have all necessary rights to the content you submit

• You will not use the Service for spam, misleading, or abusive activities

Megacert is not responsible for content published by users.

5. Data Usage and Security

Megacert only processes data necessary to provide the Service, including access tokens and account identifiers required by TikTok APIs.

We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms, including TikTok. Megacert is not responsible for the availability, performance, or policy changes of third-party services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated or if required by law or platform policies.

Users may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Megacert makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access or specific results from content publishing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Megacert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
